Profiles are unique for each model of camera. Ensure that the email you enter matches the email in your order for the fastest delivery. Enter up to two camera models. Please allow up to 2 business days to receive your profiles; most of the time you will receive them faster, but it could take longer if I’m traveling. Profiles will be sent from rob@infrarob.com; add this email address to the contacts in your email program or check your spam folder if you do not see them.

Your Infrared Cameras Each order includes profiles for up to two camera models. If your camera does not appear in the list above, it has not yet been added to the Infrared Profile Pack or it is unsupported. Profiles cannot be created for unsupported cameras.
